Refund policy
Each item is made to order especially for you.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect size selected
- change of mind
- personal preference
However, if your item arrives:
- damaged
- misprinted
- defective
- or incorrect
we will replace the item free of charge.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- and a photo of the item where possible
We will do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
